Sharing a project
Invite teammates to a project by sharing a link or adding them directly. Each collaborator is assigned a permission level.
Permission levels

Sharing a chat
Share a specific chat conversation by clicking the Share link button in the chat header dropdown. This generates a shareable link that teammates with project access can use to view the conversation.
Sharing skills
Share skills with your team so everyone in your organization can use them. Shared skills appear in the "Team" group on the Skills page. When sharing a skill that references templates, those templates must also be accessible to the team.
You can also share resources directly from chat. When an agent detects that a skill or template needs to be shared — for example, when a skill references an unshared template — it will propose sharing it with your organization. Review the request and confirm to share without leaving the conversation.
Sharing agent outputs
Share individual agent outputs — charts, tables, presentations, and custom charts — with anyone via a public link. Click the Share button in the output header to generate a link. Recipients can view the output and its citations without needing project access. Revoke the link at any time from the same share dialog.
Sharing quick prompts and templates
Share quick prompts and templates with your team so everyone in your organization can access them. Shared items appear in the "Team" tab of the quick prompts and templates menus.
Email notifications
When someone shares a project or resource with you, Brightwave sends an email notification so you don't miss it.
